Cancellations: If JoshuaCasey does not meet the minimum registration necessary, the training will have to be cancelled/rescheduled. If this occurs a representative will contact you one week prior to the event date to notify you of the cancellation/reschedule. You may send a substitute on your behalf if you are unable to attend. Students arriving beyond 20 minutes late will not be allowed in class and will be considered a no-show unless waived by instructor. No-shows are non-refundable and/or you will be responsible for payment in full. If you cancel/reschedule less than (5) five working days prior to the event a charge equal to 50% of total billed amount to offset the time and costs associated with the project will be assessed. Since JoshuaCasey has no administrative control over the actions of company personnel, JoshuaCasey disclaims any liability, loss, injury or damage incurred as a result of applying guidelines or training in any specific personal situations.
